Promoting healing through diet, exercise, and wellness is all in a day’s work for Dr. Leslie C. Predmore. As the doctor and owner behind All About Me Medical Aesthetics, a North Valley practice devoted to health and wellness services including Botox, Juvederm, Coolsculpting, laser facials, and more, Leslie’s extensive experience in the field of aesthetic medicine, along with top-notch customer care and competitive pricing, have been propelling All About Me Medical Aesthetics’ success over the past five years.

Indeed, this winning combination has allowed her to recently expand and build a new state-of-the art facility on Carefree Highway in the North Valley that also includes her latest venture, Infuse IV Nutrition and Sport Recovery. Located alongside All About Me Medical Aesthetics, Infuse IV Nutrition and Sport Recovery is the first of its kind in the area. Drawing upon the vast benefits of IV vitamin therapy, Infuse IV Nutrition and Sport Recovery utilizes nutrients, vitamins, anti-oxidants, minerals, and amino acids in customized infusions for a multitude of health benefits.

Leslie, who graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in exercise science before continuing her education at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine to graduate with a naturopathic medical doctor degree, has always been an active athlete and she’s experienced firsthand the benefits of IV vitamin therapy. “Infusions allow vitamins and nutrients to be absorbed directly into the blood stream at the cellular level, providing up to 100 percent absorption of vital nutrients, not to mention hydration benefits,” she says. “Compare that to conventional vitamin therapy that uses the digestive system that might only absorb up to 30 percent.”

Administered intravenously in the office by a physician or a nurse under a doctor’s supervision, these customized IV infusions can be used for a number of purposes: energy boost, immune boost, stress relief, pain relief, anti-inflammatory, pre-race preparation, post race recovery, anti-aging, pre-party, hangover/detox, and much more.

“IV vitamin therapy is growing in popularity and up until recently, it was only used by celebrities and pro athletes,” explains Leslie, who is excited to bring the many health benefits of this therapy to North Valley residents.

Each IV therapy session lasts between 30 to 60 minutes, during which a patient can recline in one of Infuse IV Nutrition and Sport Recovery’s comfortable lounge chairs while listening to music, watching television, reading, or surfing the Internet. The treatment generally involves minimal discomfort and the patient is safe to resume all normal activities immediately afterwards.

Infuse IV Nutrition and Sport Recovery’s managing RN, Donna Buonincontri, RNC-NIC, BSN, oversees IV therapy. “Donna is also a head RN at a local hospital in the neonatal ICU caring for premature and distressed newborns. Imagine giving an IV to those little guys! Yes, she is good at what she does,” explains Leslie.

While the challenges of running two local businesses can be daunting, Leslie is more than up to the multitasking. “One of the reasons I began my practice in the North Valley is that I’m a true believer in giving back to the place where you live. The overwhelming kindness and loyalty that I have received over the past several years from this community only strengthens my resolve to stay local and be part of a community that I love and that has given me so much,” she says.

“I’m a true believer that if you do things the right way and you are fair to your clients, then your business will grow. I have experienced this first hand. Moving forward I plan on continuing to provide excellent services to my clients and give them the best possible pricing for those services. I don’t make my business grow, my clients do.”
